OH&S

McRae's Gardens is proud of its OH&S history and in order to maintain an unblemished record we have extensive safety policies and procedures in place.

We are accredited to the highest Australian Standards for our OH&S Management Policies, AS/NZS 4801:2001. We are independently audited annually and we are determined to provide our customers with the best OH&S management on their site.

We consider it as important as our horticultural skills.

Quality Assurance

McRae's Gardens has a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager. This person will meet all on site representatives, conduct regular inspections of the site and provide a written report on each visit. This feedback is also given to our site supervisors.

We do this to ensure the lines of communication remain open with all parties and we are meeting every requirement, whilst providing innovative solutions to any issues.

Communication

Aside from our regular site inspections McRae's Gardens also has other methods of ensuring that you are kept in the loop.

We know that the progress of your garden is important to you and we go to great lengths to ensure that you are updated with the progress of your garden and all further options going forward are discussed.
